The Golden Lion is in a prime location on the north coast of Cornwall, perfectly placed for people visiting the harbour of Port Isaac and keen walkers treading the South West Coast Path.

Surrounded by many¬†luscious¬†green fields, Port Isaac and its nearby areas are a throwback to days gone by and have been used as filming locations for Poldark, Saving Grace and ITV’s popular light-hearted drama Doc Martin, to name a few.

The quaint fishing village is everything people picture about Cornwall and The Golden Lion heightens the experience; enjoy a pint of Cornish ale in front of our open fire while the sea crashes against the harbour walls or enjoy the views of the port from our terraces on days when the weather and waves are a little calmer.
